Hi, I'm Minji.

I am a Korean-Australian partnerships, growth and B2B marketing professional based in Hobart, Tasmania.
For more than 15 years, I have helped businesses communicate their value, build relationships and grow across SaaS, digital services, HR tech, professional services, agencies, education and marketing technology.
My work sits between sales, marketing, client success and systems — the connective tissue that turns a good offer into steady, repeatable growth.
I have worked with founder-led teams, scale-ups and global brands entering new markets, and I have seen first-hand how much momentum is lost when outreach, partnerships and pipeline live in separate silos.
I am especially drawn to founder-led businesses that care about relationships, clarity and sustainable growth — without unnecessary hustle.
Outside of work, you will usually find me reading, cooking or gardening.
The values behind how I work.
I believe good business should fit inside a good life, not consume it. That means working in a way that is values-based rather than time-based, and measured by outcomes rather than hours online.
I work in focused windows during school hours, protect my mornings for deep thinking, and stay fully present for my kids in the afternoons. The rhythm is intentional: slower, calmer, more considered.
The work I take on is built on three values: empathy, relationships first, and kindness to self, to others, and to the environment we all operate in. Every person involved should feel valued, trusted and respected.
I am drawn to founders and teams who choose sustainability over hustle, relationships over transactions, and long-term clarity over short-term noise. People who do what they say they will, communicate openly, and welcome new ideas without ego.
In practice, that looks like asynchronous collaboration, clearly defined scope, very few back-to-back calls, and the freedom for everyone involved to do their best work from wherever they are.
If that resonates with how you want to build your business, we will probably get along.
Books that shaped how I work.
A handful of titles I keep returning to. Together they cover business systems, focus, design thinking, vulnerability, deep engagement and human-first selling.
